Life has changed dramatically, the pace of modern day living has accelerated at great speeds. This has interfered with the natural functioning of our bodies. It has now been proven that our modern day illnesses mostly originate from emotional and mental tension, diagnosed today as stress, anxiety, anger, and depression to name but a few. Pathway to Freedom – Meditation Course Course

Pathway to Freedom – Meditation Retreat Course trains individuals or groups wanting to transform their lives. It teaches the deeper spiritual understanding of yoga meditation. Through a disciplined practice over time we become aware of a shift in our ideals and principals. A yearning begins for a deeper understanding of our self and the answer to the age old questions of: Who am I? Where do I come from? What am I doing here? Where am I going to? A yearning is experienced from within to find purpose to our life and a way to fulfill that purpose. It is here we discover that we are limitless and through the full understanding and use of universal principals that we set our minds free and enter a life of freedom.

Pathway to Success – Workshop for Successful Living

In this workshop we share our expertise and successful technologies, enabling people to set their full potential free.

Modern psychology is proving that product and occupation knowledge alone is no longer the key to success in business.

Statistics prove that people who are emotionally balanced are able to motivate themselves and maintain stable positive attitudes – this breeds successful performers. At Pathways we are very aware that people are more emotionally sensitive today, due to the pace of our modern day living. This has a direct impact on attitudes and reactions towards life. As these aspects are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind, we are also aware that to simply decide to change ones attitude over night is a non reality.

The course duration is 6 hours. Participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing for exercising. A work book, dvd’s and cd’s with a full description of the techniques demonstrated will be available. Cost calculated depending on Employer requirements with regard venue, lunch and teas. WEEKEND RETREAT

Join us at Pathways Country Retreat where this workshop includes extra exercise, processing activities and technique time, extra integration, question and contemplation time of what is being taught along with access to relaxation and rejuvenation facilities. This weekend retreat is a transformational escape.


PATHWAY TO WELLNESS – STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

The new revolution of wellness has people and companies all over the world taking stress management and wellness very seriously. Life has changed dramatically, the pace of modern day living has accelerated at great speeds and is geared to continue. In order to keep abreast of this pace, man has been forced to succumb to faulty lifestyles.

This has interfered with the natural functioning of our bodies. It has placed our nervous systems under severe tension, and the sympathetic nervous system into over drive which in turn is weakening the parasympathetic nervous system. There has to be balance in the activity of both for complete health to exist.

Today just about everyone suffers from mental tension whether they are aware of it or not. The sooner you become aware of it and acknowledge it, the sooner it can be corrected. If you have constant self defeating mental chatter that brings about negative, low self esteem or empty feelings and your energy levels are low, you are often tired, nausea, sweat, have a dry mouth, if you twitch or tremble these are some of the symptoms of mental over load which leads to mental tension and it boils down to the pace of modern day life.

Muscular tension is diagnosed by suffering from headaches. stiff or sore muscles including neck, shoulders and back ache and having sleeping disorder. Emotional tension can be diagnosed as feelings of anxiety, pressure, dissatisfaction, emptiness, loneliness, discomfort, being overwhelmed, frequent worry, these are all symptoms of emotional tension. Tension is the root of the cause, of our illnesses today.
