The world as we know it has changed dramatically over the last few years. Although some of the events have faded somewhat into the distance, their actual fears have been imprinted in the deep recesses of the subconscious mind of every person in the world and have taken the number of people suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks and similar psychosomatic disorders soaring to highest levels than we have ever encountered on the planet. It has left people feeling desperate, alienated, fragmented in darkness, pain and hopelessness. This is being amplified by the acceleration in solar activity and geomagnetic storms taking place, which is affecting everyone’s magnetic fields.
The subconscious mind is the storehouse of every memory and moment from our life, positive or negative, and holds every scar of the traumatic events we have endured. This creates our persona: how we see and relate to life, react to it and experience life.
This training introduces the ancient secrets of Yoga Nidra with visualization to withdraw the conscious mind and imprint healing suggestions directly into the subconscious. They remain in the subconscious to transform the one who sees, we then experience a fulfilled life and live in contentment regardless of what is going on in the world around us.
Your trainer has been practicing and teaching Yoga Nidra for over two decades and successfully used the material, firstly for her own self healing and then in workshops, retreats and Yoga Teachers’ Training courses globally. She believes it is time to go beyond Asana (posture exercise) into the full eight limbs of yoga, and healing our minds and emotions. What some are not aware of is that we are multidimensional beings of gross and subtle bodies, which include
• The gross body – Our physical body
• The energy body – Emotions
• The subtle body – Mind, intellect, memory and ego
• The causal body – Good and bad karma
• The soul body – Soul
We need to understand each dimension of ourselves, the operation of each one, and the absolute power of each one, so we can bring them into functioning in harmony with each other. At this point, they are in disharmony and clashing with each other, which leaves humankind feeling, as mentioned, overwhelmed, hopeless, fragmented and in darkness and pain. This is so only because most people do not know about their subtle body, or how to maintain nourish and exercise, our “complete” anatomy of mind, body, emotions and intentions. The maintenance of the subtle body is different to the physical body. We are only familiar with our physical body requirements.
This course is to enlighten all, in a simple form, of their multidimensional existence and to share techniques on how to maintain and stimulate all bodies into working in harmony. This is so we can purify our thoughts and feelings into high vibrations of belief, hope, peace and love, thereby transforming the person who sees to the observer.
Our problems are not outside ourselves; they start in our mind and intentions, how we see and react to things in the world around us. This partially comes from the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of every memory of our life, every moment that has happened in our life, positive or negative, and holds every traumatic event that we have been through and every belief that we have taken to be ours. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between fact or fiction and takes everything that it is presented with as fact. The subconscious mind can be purified from all scars of traumatic experiences, and old beliefs that no longer serve us. Our outlook on life can also be changed if we imprint suggestions directly into it without going through the conscious mind. The subconscious mind does not understand human language. Its language is symbolic pictures and specific words, which create feelings in the form of vibration which is the language and nourishment of the subconscious mind and includes repetition.
The sages of the past have taught the ancient secret, from 5000 BC, the old practice of turning our focus within, using the scientific techniques of the mind to silence its restless thoughts so we can live in lasting peace and contentment.
Lasting inner peace, of mind and emotions, is what humankind has been in search of for many thousands of years, and most still are. Inner peace is attained when our thoughts, feelings, intentions and words are purified to that of love. Our thoughts, feelings and words are our tools to create or manifest our lives and hence to create our ultimate reality.
